EPIC Prank: Men Convince Drunk Driving Friend He's Been In a Coma for 10 Years

In a last-ditch effort to convince a good buddy to stop drinking and driving, a group of friends set up an elaborate prank designed to convince the man he'd been in a coma for 10 years after getting in a car accident while driving under the influence. The friends set up an old office to look like a hospital room, brought in actors to play the part of the medical team and even streamed fake news stories to the television in the room.

Here's the video:

As you can see, the man wakes up groggy and disoriented and is surprisingly emotionless during the entire ordeal, until the doctor, who is his friend with a mask on, starts slapping him and the man realizes it was all a set-up.

While this was a prank of epic proportions, there's a serious message attached to it. Drinking and driving is no joke and there are more than 10,000 people killed per year in drunk driving accidents. Stay safe over the holidays and take a cab or call a friend if you get too drunk to drive.
